We are a growing community of artists who enjoy creating art with water media. We strive to promote and encourage artists of all skill levels to grow and enhance their abilities. We do this through a positive and supportive atmosphere of art demonstrations, workshops, and exhibitions.
We invite you to get to learn about us through samples of our member’s artwork in our Gallery. If you are an artist who enjoys painting with watercolor or other water based medium, we invite you to join us. Our membership is not just for artists. We also have members who are just art enthusiasts who enjoy being a part our vibrant art community. We welcome you to attend any meeting. We look forward to learning more about your interests. |
Join a CBW Meeting and Explore the Chrysler Museum of Art

CBW will begin meeting at the Chrysler Museum of Art located at 1 Memorial Place, Norfolk, VA 23510 beginning Sunday, January 8, 2023. We meet from 1:30 - 3:30 pm.
Meeting Dates: January 8th, February 5th, March 5th, May 7th, June 4th, July 9th, September 10th, October 8th, November 5th, December TBD (No location yet) Our meetings usually include a short social, art critique, official business meeting and a demo by a local artist or product specialist. Membership is not required to attend. For those just attending the meeting, you may park between the museum and the Perry Glass Studio on Grace Street. Please enter through the front door and a gallery host will direct you to the educational and workshop room where our meetings will be held. |
